The average person experiences some level of fatigue on a daily basis. This will creep in when you turn 30 and doesn’t have a healthy life style. Feeling tired on a regular basis can increase stress, mental and physical fatigue and eventually can manifest as medical problems. Learn how to increase energy levels naturally by making simple changes to your daily routine.
Instructions
Step 1
Create a relaxing sleep environment. Getting a good nights rest is essential to increasing energy levels naturally. Make sure your sleeping environment is quiet, calm and dark. Do not sleep with the television on, the light and sound can disrupt natural sleep patterns.
Step 2
Perform cardio exercise for 20 minutes, 3 or 4 days a week. Moderate exercise performed on a regular basis can decrease body fat, lower cholesterol and increase energy by helping the body operate more efficiently. You can try tibetian yoga or Tai-chi to relax and keep your body and mind in sync.
Step 3
Reduce or cut caffeine, sugar and energy drinks. Any one of these substances can increase your energy level initially, but can cause your body to “crash” once the effects wear off–leaving you tired and with less energy than before they were consumed.
Step 4
Take a 20 minute nap. Feeling groggy is a natural cue indicating rest is needed. Instead of grabbing a cup of coffee or soda, take a nap for no longer than 20 minutes. Resting for this length of time will allow the body to recharge without falling into deep sleep. Taking a nap any longer than 20 minutes can push the body into deeper sleep, leaving you more tired than before.
Step 5
Take a multivitamin and supplement with Vitamin B and C as needed. A multivitamin can protect against the effects of a stressful environment, bad eating habits, boost your immune system and fight fatigue. If you are feeling sluggish, taking a Vitamin B and C supplement can increase your energy level by giving a boost to your metabolism, nervous and immune system.
Step 6
Use aromatherapy scents such as peppermint, citrus and jasmine in your home or office. By changing the scents in your environment you can influence your central nervous system, there by increase your energu levels.

This is really interesting stuff since I am doing this regularly after coming from my office and I feel superb after doing it.
